ADC Kalamazoo Announces 2006 Annual Banquet
The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC)
of Greater Kalamazoo extends an invitation to join us for the third ADC Annual
Banquet on Friday, April 21, 2006 at 6:30 PM at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in
Kalamazoo. This year we will be celebrating ADC’s 25 years of Dedicated
Service to Civil & Human Rights. The ADC Annual Banquet is our
opportunity to promote tolerance and understanding that is vital to our
community, and that contributes to the greatness of our nation.
ADC will honor its 2006 Award Recipients:
Award of the Year: Dr. Janice Brown, Superintendent, Kalamazoo Public Schools
Legislator Award: Donald Cooney, City of Kalamazoo Commissioner
Community Service Award : Ana Light, Hispanic American Council
We hope you will attend a spectacular evening of
music, food honored guest speakers, including our keynote speaker the founder
of the ADC and former U.S. Senator, the Honorable
James Abourezk, Esq.
